Given the great amount of appetite at the Fabian Society new year’s conference to continue the conversation on this topic, we are delighted to announce our next event in collaboration with the Fabian Society International Network – an informal drinks reception on Friday 24 February, 6-7.30pm with Laila Naraghi, Swedish MP and former advisor to Swedish Foreign Secretary Margot Wallstrom – one of the world’s greatest proponents of feminist foreign policy.

Laila Naraghi was Margot Wallstrom’s right-hand woman when it came to devising the Swedish feminist foreign policy model that is increasingly gaining traction worldwide as more and more nation states open their eyes to the benefits of a more ethical foreign affairs approach.

Join the Fabian Women’s Network for an evening of passionate discussion and drinks to learn about the Swedish model and how it could be replicated in the UK.

When: Friday 24 February, 6-7.30pm Where: Donna Fugassa, Dalston Square, E8 3BQ, London
